WHO WE ARE?
The History and Political Science Society of SRCC is one of the college's most active and distinguished registered societies, dedicated to fostering intellectual curiosity and informed discourse on history, politics, and public affairs. we provide a platform for academic discussions, research, and intellectual engagement while supporting UPSC aspirants and inspiring informed, future-ready leaders.
WHAT WE DO?
EVENTS
We host a range of flagship events. Our annual fest, ODYSSEY, serves as a platform for insightful discussions, while Mock UPSC offers a realistic Civil Services examination experience for aspiring candidates. The society also organizes Policy Quest and Crisis Mania, two dynamic case competitions.
INITIATIVES
We organize creative, helpful and engaging initiatives every tenure ranging from ice-breaking competitions, donation drives, social media series etc. We provide a platform to everyone to show their talents, while continuously contributing to the enrichment of social, moral and historical values through social media series.
THE FORUM
We host a range of speaker sessions with eminent personalities, UPSC mentors, Civil Servants, and Officers. Alongside, we also conduct panel discussions and shape the public speaking, thinking and decision-making abilities of the Aspirants. We provide guidance, mentorships and free UPSC resources to aspirants.
