Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, is one of the renowned institutions in the field of Commerce and Economics in India. The HPS
The History and Political Science Society is one of the most popular registered societies in SRCC. We work on the motto of “Reviving the past, Decoding the present, Creating the future”. We strive to take all interested parties on a fascinating journey through India's history and politics.
Our society's goal is to promote social and historical culture among students, and we are doing everything we can to achieve that goal. Also, we are the only platform in our institution to work for the betterment and support of UPSC aspirants in our college.
OUR VISION
Our object would be to foster social and intellectual activity among the students of the College, and in particular, to develop interest in the knowledge and study of History and Political Science and national and international politics.
For this purpose, it may organize Talks, Lectures, Essay Competitions, Group discussions, Seminars, Conferences and the like.
WHAT WE DO
The History and Political Science Society is here to inspire young minds. We coordinate with the people with engaging contents. We discuss all day-to-day happenings in India with our team.​​
We organize multi-level events and fests that includes our annual fest - Odyssey which provides great exposure to the students.
